I have divided the development tasks

I have divided the development tasks in 2 fondamental branches, Layout and Theming. Others tasks are included in all of branches.

The “Layout Banch” include research and developing tasks for new and optimized layout based on 960 Grid System (Fluid, Fixed or Elastic). If you are a Designer can you give your contribute here.
The “Theming Branch” include research and developing tasks for new and optimized function dedicated for develop powerful themes, in example can you develop a new Hooks, or new function for managing stylesheet… and more. If you are an “hard-core” programmer can you give your contribute here.
